QI recently bought this laptop and the internet is terribly slow. It's not a problem with my server as all my other devices in the house are working fine. Can someone help me?

This laptop does not have a DVD drive. However, you connect an external optical device to this product.

Disable "Hide pointer while typing" in Control Panel (large icon view) > Mouse > Pointer Options tab and enable "Show pointer location when I press CTRL"
