Lenovo G50 80E3005NUS Laptop (Windows 8, AMD A8-6410, 15.6" LED-backlit screen, Storage: 1 TB, RAM: 6 GB) Black

Background: I needed a new laptop after my Lenovo Thinkpad kind of fell apart, but after about 4 years, that's understandable. There are many good things about this laptop. There are few bad things. Negatives: - The only thing you will notice is the bloating when you first receive it. Reading the reviews I thought it was all over the top but it's not, it's full of bloating.I took me about 3 hours to get rid of everything and install everything I wanted. Once everything is gone, it runs smooth and fast. However, the first thing you should install is Malwarebytes. After running Malwarebytes, it found 94 threats .Execute this immediately and get rid of super fish. -The keys stick too. It's not a big deal when typing, but when you play some games I'm going to talk about it can get irritating. You have to press really hard when typing for it to be right. Not the best for people who are familiar with a more sensitive laptop. - The function keys are on the same keys as the volume, refresh, brightness etc keys, but I think most laptops do it that way now. I just wish it was different. In all of this I've deducted one star as one can be fixed and two just take it easy to be comfortable with it. Pros: - The price for what you get. The bloat really brings the price down which is really good for someone like me, a part-time worker/college student who knows how to remove bloat easily. A8 is great and for Can't beat this price.-Casual gaming is great with this laptop. Triple-A games won't run on this laptop. On the other hand; Terraria, Team Fortress 2, Minecraft and a variety of great indie games run perfectly. Overall no lag, almost constant 60 fps, with high settings in TF2, which wasn't what I expected. It runs games like LoL pretty well and Smite is ok. Some lag, unresponsiveness and a few crashes every now and then, but not unplayable. As I said, the keys are a little sticky. In TF2 for example, sometimes I don't jump when trying to rocket jump. You really have to center your hand on the spacebar and press hard. The webcam, speakers, trackpad and screen are also decent for the price. No negatives or positives for these. Overall it's a great laptop for the price. If you're familiar with bloatware removal and are looking for a nice laptop at a great price, this is for you. If you don't want to remove bloatware, I'd find someone who would do that for you, or find another laptop. It could slow down your laptop badly if not taken care of.
